To actively promote the interests and image of the Private Security Industry.
To build and maintain a membership that represents the Private Security Industry.
To speak as one voice on behalf of members in the negotiation of wages and service conditions.
To have direct access to the National Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector (NBCPSS), Private Security Sector Provident Fund (PSSPF), PSIRA and Safety and Security, Sector Education and Training Authority (SASSETA) to:
Raise member questions and obtain relevant answers
Assist members to ensure compliance
To support improvements in law and administration and to promote beneficial legislation or other measures affecting SANSEA as well as the private security industry in general.
To offer its services in the event of any dispute related to the Private Security Industry.
To promote an awareness of the need for consistently high standards of security in the interests of our Country.
